Here is a snapshot of the typical Franchise Development Process directly from most franchisors.

Us = The Franchisor and, You = You

Step 1:  We want to know about you. Have a brief conversation with a franchise developer to determine if this could be a fit for you. We want to hear about your personal and professional goals, your journey, and especially about the quality of life you desire and your financial goals. Mutually, Culture is Important.

Step 2: Get to know us. In this webinar, you’ll learn more about the brand, business model, training, and support.

Step 3: Talk to Franchisees – Find out from current owners what being a franchise owner is all about.

Step 4: Fill out our Franchise Ownership Qualification Form. This helps us ensure we’re aligned on our values both financially, and culturally.

Step 5: Spend the day with the team attending (in-person or virtual) an orientation in order to understand our culture, training, systems, and support at a deep level.

Step 6: Become an Owner – Execute franchise agreements and schedule business week training where you’ll get hands-on training with a local franchisee. Congratulations, you’ve just taken the next step on your personal and financial growth path!
